  • Any individual who has any symptoms to rearrange their in-clinic appointment for a later date.

  • If you have been contacted by track and trace and are awaiting test results, we kindly as you postpone your appointment until you have had the result. If negative, then you can come in for your appointment ASAP, and a positive test result we ask for you to wait until after your isolation period.

  • If you are isolating, we can continue your treatment and injury advice through our online appointments so to keep you on track.

On arrival to your clinical appointment:

  • We kindly ask that only the patient comes into the clinic where possible. We understand that treatment of minors/children or individuals who require a carer with them then this is essential.

  • ALL patients will be required to wear a mask to come inside and remain on until you have left the clinic (unless your therapist informs you otherwise).

  • ALL patients will be required to use the antibacterial gel provided on entering the practice.

During the treatment:

  • Your therapist will be wearing PPE for the duration of the session. This will include mask, apron and gloves (all which will be disposed immediately after treatment) and a face shield.

  • We ask that you bring your own towel with you to the appointment to reduce any cross-infection. This will need to be in a bag so that you can take it home safely to wash afterwards.

  • Only card payments to be made in clinic (no cash or cheque).  Online payments can be completed if you are booking your appointment online.

Thank you for helping us to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus, and keeping both our patients and therapists safe.
