Find out more about Claire
I have always had a passion for sport and exercise all my life which lead me to pursue a career in healthcare where I graduated with an Honours Degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from the Institute of Technology, Carlow (Ireland) in 2014. Throughout my time growing up playing sport, I have always had injuries myself and therefore I have dedicated my life to helping people to return to full fitness following injury.
Prior to joining Clwydian Sports Therapy and Injury Clinic, I have had experience working in Ireland with sports teams and in the UK including several Gaelic Football, Hurling and Rugby teams and also within private practice in London. My experience also includes working with children and adults with neurological conditions within both a gym environment and in a Hydrotherapy setting. I have a passion for helping people to improve their lives and live painfree.
In my free time I love to train and play sport and also enjoy playing music and being outdoors walking my dog. I continue to apply my knowledge and expertise in exercise rehabilitation at the Clwydian Sports Therapy Clinic to help achieve patient’s goals while always striving to give them a better future.
