Clam Exercise


One of Becky's favourite exercises: Clam Exercise.


Great for strengthening our gluteal muscles in our buttocks, which can become weak, especially if we spend long periods of time sitting i.e. desk based jobs or long periods of driving.


By strengthening our gluteal muscles, we take pressure off our lower back, as well as lower limb joints such as out hips, knees and ankles.
