3 tips to help you:

  • Set time for you to get outside for some exercise, even if it is only 20 minutes.

  • Don't beat yourself up if your day doesn't go to plan and you don't get out - tomorrow is another day so start again fresh.

  • Prioritise your exercise time as it will make you feel better both physically and mentally.
