How can Bespoke Orthotics help you


Bespoke (or custom) orthotics can help by offloading stress and pressure off joints, ligaments and muscles. Therefore:

  • Reduce or eliminate pain and discomfort (of the feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back),

  • Providing additional support,

  • Reduce risk of injury,

  • Improve pelvic alignment,

  • Improve biomechanical function (i.e. how the body or joint moves) and/or performance (for an activity or sport).
