Sports Massage is a deeper tissue massage that aims to relive tension, aches and pains. Loosening tight muscles throughout the body stops the opposing muscles being stretched and weakened, enabling the body to move more efficiently. Also, a good way of speeding up recovery from training and sporting events.

30 Minute SM
Either a longer treatment for excessive tension in either upper or lower body, or general loosen.
60 Minute SM
For anyone who is excessively tight in both upper and lower body. Includes stretching.
