Exercise & Movement Rehabilitation Courses

We have a range of classes to available to help you live your best life, suitable for a range of abilities and ages.

Our classes bring in a variety of principles from injury rehabilitation, Pilates and strength and conditioning to help you on your journey.

The courses are ran in 6-week blocks so that we can ensure progression and development throughout the course.  Our therapists are trained in adapting the exercises to ensure they are specific for you.  This way, there is no skipping exercises.  Focusing instead on what you can do, rather than what you can't.

No previous experience required to join our classes.

If you are not a patient of our currently, we do require an injury assessment to be carried out by our experienced therapists prior to starting the course so that we can target the exercises to your specific requirements within the small group class.

All our therapists are trained to work with a variety of medical and health conditions so if you are not sure which class would be best suited to you, get in touch and we can have a chat about what would be best for you.

6-week course is £90

Course Testimonials

What do previous class members say?

"Since embarking on the course of Pilates classes delivered by Becky, the movement I have gained following injury to my tendons has greatly improved.

Becky has taken the time to understand my problems, and has ensured that the exercises have been adapted to suit my requirements and limitations.

Over a period of 2 months, the improvement has been noticeable and I am so pleased with the results.  Thank you Becky!"

"I have been going to Bex for Pilates 1-2-1 sessions for a couple of years now and can say that I feel so much stronger and supple due to them.

This means that I am able to do more of the activities I enjoy."

What do you need to bring with you?

All class participants will be supplied with their own equipment to bring to each class.

We also advise you to bring a small drink to keep hydrated during the class.

How long are the improver classes?

The classes are an hour with a format of a warm up, main session and stretching.

I have an injury, can I still take part?

Yes, our Pilates instructor specialises in modified Pilates so we will be able to adapt most exercises to suit your ability.

If you would like to discuss it with your instructor, Bex, before the class then you can get hold of her on 01352 746 500.

Why are the classes run in courses?

We run the Pilates in courses so you are able to see progression each week, and the instructor can get to understand your ability and work you at the appropriate level, or make sure you are not doing a movement you shouldn't be.

How do I pay for the course?

Payments are taken through our online booking or we can take cash or card payments when booking in clinic.
